Printer

The printer connector sends the document to a printer for printing a physical copy. This can add a scan-to-print type functionality to jobs. The connector includes options to select printers and various printing options either dynamically or based on user selection and the time of batch processing.

The Printer Tab Settings

There are 4 options for printer selection.

1. The first option will always print the document to the printer the umango server currently has selected as the default printer
2. The second option detects where the document was scanned and attempts to print it at the same device
3. The third option provides users with the option to select the printer as part of batch processing using a Export Field zone configured to present the selectable printer options.
4. Finally, a printer can be set as the destination for every document

Duplex Options

Select whether documents are printed on both sides (where supported) or just the front of the page (simplex)

Print Options

Enter the number of copies that should be printed to the destination printer. You can also select a print range where not all pages should be printed.

Color printing can be disabled where only black and white is required.
