Destinations Tab

A connector is an export destination. It is the endpoint in the job's workflow for the document and its related data (indexes) and where the document is being sent after scanning and processing.

There are a large and growing number of export connectors and any job can contain one or more of these connectors. That is to say, one job can be sent to multiple destinations. The same connector can also be added more than once. An example of this might be that the document is sent to two different files within Network Folders. Each connector is configured individually.

Under the Destinations tab, see a list of the available export destinations and select the export destination required. Then press Configure to set up the selected destination's settings.

Umango's standard connectors include:

As mentioned under Export Field in the zones section, an export field zone can be used to decide on a destination. Visit this section for more information.

Each export connector has the ability to configure unique file types. While everything under the Settings tab is unique to the connector, the File Types Options tab is consistent among all connectors. These options are discussed in more detail in File Type Options.
