List of Values Zones

When information used is constrained to a small list of options, List of Values can be provide a fixed list to avoid the user having to type a value. The user is then prompted with the region and selects from a dropdown, selectable list of options. Constrained lists are a great way of avoiding user error and limiting the options for filing and categorizing purposes.

In the List of values field, enter the values to be selectable by the user, each separated by a comma.

Example use cases:

    • A user is prompted to select from a list of document types such as invoice, contract, letter, fax, or statement
    • A user is prompted to categorize a customer based on their industry vertical
    • A user is prompted to select a filing location
